Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for the following reasons:
 

  1. Damaged or defective item(s), or

  2. The item(s) you received wasn’t what you ordered,

 

you may return it to us for a full refund.

All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached.

 

You must inform us about your return request within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please send a short description and picture of the damaged/defective and/or wrong item(s) to support@dewe.dental. Give us 2 days to approve your request. Then, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us. 

 

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your return, we will process your return. Please allow up to 7 days from the moment we receive your item(s) to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. At about that time, we will provide you with a refund.
