Products ordered from our website are shipped door to door from our factory in Bekasi, Indonesia to your provided shipping address via courier.

​Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. Processing your order will take up to 2 business days.
 

Delivery rates and times for your shipping address will be displayed during Checkout.
 

For Indonesian shipping, sales tax is applied on the product. For international shipping, the product or shipping charges will not include duties and taxes – you will need to pay these directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery. 

 

After the courier has picked up your order, we will send you the tracking information of your order by email, which will inform you about the progress of your shipping, as well as the estimated delivery arrival time. If you do not receive an email regarding this within 4 days, please notify us at support@dewe.dental.
